Wonder-Ice Cream is one of the minor Wonderful Ones of The Wonderful 101. She is a user of the Unite Claw.

Biography

With a head as cool as frozen yogurt, this is one smooth ice queen. From kindly ice-cream vendor, she transforms into a frigid terror of the battlefield. Known to send enemies into a total brain freeze.
